Services & Engagement
Formal Agreement Required
All services are subject to a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement executed between Savvy Signature and the client. Verbal or informal commitments do not constitute a binding engagement.
Defined Scope
Fees, timelines, deliverables, and acceptance criteria are defined in individual project proposals or retainer agreements and hold legal validity under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Pricing Policy
Quotation Validity
All pricing is provided in INR (₹) via formal proposals or quotations. Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise specified.
GST Applicable
All prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% unless otherwise stated. GST invoices are issued as per Indian tax regulations.
Fixed or Retainer
Services are billed either as fixed-price projects with milestones, or as monthly retainers for ongoing work. The model is confirmed in the proposal.
Additional Charges
Work requested beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate, confirmed in writing before commencement.
Refund Policy
Refunds May Be Issued When
- Services have not commenced and cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment.
- We fail to deliver agreed deliverables as per the contract and are unable to rectify within a reasonable timeframe.
- The engagement is terminated due to a documented breach of contract on our part.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For
- Change of mind after services have commenced.
- Lack of results due to external variables beyond our control — such as algorithm changes, market demand, or client delays in providing inputs.
- Non-refundable security deposits which secure your project slot and resources.
Limitation of Liability
Jurisdiction & Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the IT Act, 2000.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
